It was good? I was hearing that a lot of the big actors weren't involved much, possibly even a short cameo in one or two scenes. Is that true?

It's kinda true, only some actors ain't involved much, just Shwarzenegger and Jet Li. Harrison Ford and Terry Crews show up in a couple of scenes too but not as many as expected. Mel Gibson is involved in the story but there ain't much scenes with him, it gets interesting towards the end. Antonio Banderas gave a funny touch to the film, which was great imo. The rest was same as usual, kicking asses and blowing up stuff, specially Stallone, Statham, Lundgreen and Snipes.

Damn, Jet Li only had a small part in EX2 and it was actually one of the best scenes of the film e_e
