So my roid brain made this topic so u can guys ask, because lately Marcell's been talking about getting a flat belly, Spiral and Ala doing some dumbell exercises and such.

The video about the home workout for chest, is just amazing, tested it myself today. Did like 15 sets - 1, max 1 and half min rest.



My result after this killer workout:



:L, pic in 2011 I guess. Just uploaded for fun, I mean you can achieve anything u want, not like I have achieved something big, but I think myself that it's much better, genetics? It's just a word, hard work pays off better. Ofc chest and things like that, based on gens ofc. Like my chest.. it is square, not round.. Can't really decide which is better, but Arnold's round chest - amazing.. Square chest is more difficult to build IMO. because they are not joined together as if your born with round ones.

I remember the night.. I sent that pic to a girl, and she was like lmao, Wittle Denny Upset grabbed his guns and started to do something with it.
The beginning.. the worst, the most difficult, you don't really like to exercise.. But after a half year or a year you are starting to like it. At the time the pic was taken and after, I wasn't really exercising, it all started in like 2012 spring I guess... so it is over an year. You see the pic, I'm worse than Alarba. (was :L)

What steroids did you use??

I'll be getting a years membership at the campus gym next year, so I save some money. But seriously working out and being generally active does make you feel so much more healthier.
