Normal users never see the difference with Vista and 7 other than the UI. Those who actually explore the possibilities / use their PC to it's maximum effect, Vista comes in and slows it down like a bitch.

Is that the fault of the Operating system or the one who installs them? 99% it's the installer who fucks it up rather than the OS.
